Monday is the start of National Sleep Awareness Week. Much research is being done on the importance of adequate sleep for children and adults.
- Can children do their best in school when they are tired?
- Can lack of sleep impact teens driving safety?
- Can adults perform at their best when they are exhausted?
Learn more about sleep at the
National Sleep Foundation.
