In a Pinch?

Remember omelets, waffles, pancakes, or french toast served with fresh fruit and a slice of bacon or ham can also be served as a healthy evening meal.

Slice up a nice variety of fresh fruit, or even canned fruit along with a variety of vegetables and serve with toast or mini sandwiches. Be sure to have a least one favorite for each member of the family.

Take out is OK. Just follow your regular dinner table routine by waiting for everyone to gather, eat at the table, and remember to turn the TV off.
